After an extensive renovation, the restaurant was re-open in automn 2003 in its new splendour, managed by Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts.
Restaurant Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives includes a brasserie and four function rooms that can accommodate up to 250 guests and one floor for exclusive rental including room for 60 people, a panoramic terrace and a bar.
At the top floor of the building are seven exclusive guest rooms, of which two are suites, making Restaurant Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives one of the smallest hotels in Switzerland.
